Supervision: Casa Wawa is a space for free exploration; however, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The restaurant does not offer childcare services, but rather a shared family environment.
Use of Play Areas: The areas designed for exploration are subject to internal safety regulations (appropriate footwear, maximum capacity and suggested age ranges) to protect the integrity of the little ones.
Food Allergies: It is the adult's responsibility to inform staff about any food allergies or restrictions before ordering.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations made through the Wix website are subject to availability and confirmation by the Casa Wawa team.
We reserve the right to assign tables according to the flow of the restaurant to ensure the comfort of all families.

All graphic and narrative material describing the Casa Wawa concept is the intellectual property of the company.

Casa Wawa strives to maintain a highly safe and clean environment. However, the restaurant is not responsible for incidents resulting from the improper use of the play facilities or from a lack of supervision by guardians.

In compliance with our philosophy of protecting children, we will not publish photographs of children on this website or social media where their face is fully identifiable without the express consent of their parents or guardians, collected physically at the establishment.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For any dispute related to the use of this site or the services provided at the restaurant, the parties submit to the laws of the State of Yucatán and the competent courts in the city of Mérida, Yucatán.
