I acknowledge that the minor(s) are under my responsibility, therefore I assume full responsibility for their conduct, safety and well-being during their stay at CASA WAWA.

SECOND. — Nature of the activities

CASA WAWA is a children's entertainment center with activities that involve inherent risks such as falls, minor bumps, or accidental collisions. I accept these risks as inherent to the recreational activity.

THIRD. — Health status

I declare that the minor is in suitable physical condition and does not suffer from contagious diseases.

FOURTH. — Supervision

I understand that the supervision of the establishment does not replace the direct supervision of the parent or guardian, except in designated areas, and I must remain within the premises.

FIFTH. — Regulations and conduct

The minor must respect other users, follow staff instructions and use the facilities properly.

SIXTH. — Damages

I agree to cover the damages caused by the minor through misuse or intentional conduct.

SEVENTH. — Personal belongings

CASA WAWA is not responsible for loss or misplacement of personal belongings.

EIGHTH. — Disclaimer

I release CASA WAWA and its staff from liability for accidents resulting from normal use of the facilities or non-compliance with the regulations, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

NINTH. — Emergencies

I agree to cover the damages caused by the minor through misuse or intentional conduct.
